  • We understand as a company that this must be our prime focus as this will guarantee the customer experience will be positive and establish Integrity as one of their key supplier’s long term. Good relations with our customer is a key measurable to ensure sustainability. Customer satisfaction is the most important KPI that we can measure.

  • Our quality is a way a life at Integrity – it is deep into our culture without compromise. We will continue to strive for quality at the source and quality built into our system, but can never forget the importance for each of us to own the details – every single detail – and the craftsmanship of our molds. Being Integrity, our tools simply must be the highest in quality.

We are committed to following the Integrity 6S principles.

  • We believe that all work areas should be logically organized and fully optimized to allow for maximum performance.

We use key performance indicators to inspire the team and ensure sustainability.

  • If we do not monitor performance, motivation and inspiration cannot happen. We need to provide goals to our team and then consistent, systematic, data driven feedback on their performance.
  • This allows our employees to continue to grow, as they will understand what is expected of them and where they stand within those expectations. It also ensures the company remains on track and competitive.

All departments work for each other with a customer service mindset – this ensures synergy.

  • Each department needs to view the other departments at Integrity as their customers. We should all go to great lengths to support one another. If you do not support your customer, they will inevitably no longer do business with you.
  • If every department was not supporting each other inside of Integrity, there would be very little chance for us to succeed. This will drive the importance of cost, performance, quality and delivery throughout each process, ensuring we have successfully completed products for the end user – our Customer.

  • We understand that we are all responsible for the atmosphere and morale of Integrity. The words, actions and attitude of all team members have a direct impact on them.   • We believe that amazing results can be achieved with hard work and a positive attitude. These traits will not only increase the chance of success of the individual, but also their surrounding team members and therefore must never be over looked due to someone’s experience level.
