Meet some of our team members.

Chris Presley, Weekend Shift Leader

I have recently started my new role as weekend shift leader.

I have worked at Integrity for almost 18 years now, in a few different areas. I started on the floor as a toolmaker then into the CNC department, and have worked in the APG department as well on my days off. In my new role I really enjoy interacting with people and getting to know them. You spend a huge amount of time with your co-workers, so to have a good working relationship with them makes it better for all. I’ve made a lot of lifelong friends here. I know that my day to day efforts are going to a larger goal of taking Integrity from what it was yesterday into what it will be tomorrow.

Matthew Peddie, Programmer/Machinist in HD Roughing

I’ve been with Integrity about 18.5 years. I started here as a moldmaker then I moved into machining, and also spent some time working in scheduling and estimating, before coming back to machining where I have been for the past 10 years. I’m currently running a 5-axis DMG pallet changer in the Roughing department at HD. We cut cores, cavities, square up jobs and rough them down. We also program as well.

I really like working with the younger generation, whether that’s people just starting out in the industry or people looking to grow their skills. There are always new ways of doing things or ways of doing things better, so even when I am teaching and sharing my knowledge, they share a bit of theirs with me too. Every day is a learning experience and I love that I get to take what I have learned, and how I have grown professionally, and impart that on the next generation entering the trade.

John Parker, Account Manager

When I joined Integrity 9 years ago, I didn’t know what to expect. Watching the company grow and being a part of its growth has been incredible. The innovation here is second to none, and the opportunities are endless.

Working alongside the talented people we have in each department has helped me to develop the wide range of skills needed to work well in this field. These skills helped me not only to achieve my goals within the company, but also to help our customers achieve theirs. Connecting with our customers and building those relationships is one of my favourite aspects of this positions.

Lino Hernandez, Logistics/Planner

As a 2nd Year Millwright at Integrity, I receive hands-on training from industry experts, great leadership and work on some of the most advanced machines and applications in the industry. We use smart apps and smart processes to diagnose, install, assemble and improve maintenance which is unique and very efficient. Most recently, I participated in the installation of an Automatic Pallet Changing System on our Promac VTRD which allows the machine to run overnight and unattended. Millwrights are an important part of the production process – I am a proud contributor to the continuous improvement and efficiency of the work flow.

I’m Melanie Henderson, I work at Integrity.
