Synergy 1 Ventilation System
The Synergy 1 Ventilation System is a high volume air exchange system, it changes every cubic foot of air in the building in a quick 15 minutes. 1,500,000 cubic feet of air is exchanged during this brief cycle time.
There are three 32,00 cfm fans, and six large 6×5 feet intake vents that make up the mechanical portion of the ventilation system. Our Integrity Control Systems central control panel starts the whole process at the touch of a button. Eighteen LEDs verify every component is in operating condition.
All louvers are powered, meaning when the system is not in use, the intakes and the exhausts are closed, and only opened when turned on. The whole system is on a timer to ensure the system isn’t left on for any longer than needed.
Efficiency was in mind every step of the design and installation process.
The IMSA MF1000-3T
The IMSA MF1000-3T was developed especially for the needs of Integrity, joining a number of IMSA machines across our facilities, and will break ground with lead time for moldmaking.
Key Features:
- Rotary Tilting Table: equipped with a 1000mm x 1000mm tilting table with a 360o of rotation and 105o of tilt and 600 mm of W axis travel, allowing for machining and drilling of 5 sides using one clamping position
- A single head with one HSK 63-A electro spindle (200Nm) combined with three deep hole drilling heads featuring automatic head change
- An eighty position automatic tool changer supported by an automatic system for a 2-position pallet changer
- Deep drilling and milling – drill diameters from 4-32mm with a depth up to 1000mm deep, 29kW Seimens 6000 rpm milling spindle with liquid cooling and grease lubrication, and coolant driven machine, in-line with Integrity’s Green Initiative.
- A rigid, upright vertical gantry structure which allows the same performance in every vertical position
- Automatic switching between drilling and milling, unhindered by assembly/disassembly operations, granting an average of 6-8 times longer operations.
